Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything for any reason, on top of the 7-day cooling-off right that South African law gives you on every online purchase. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, with the cable and any accessories. Email info@voyalen.co.za with your order number to start a return.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Email info@voyalen.co.za straight away and we will arrange the collection and send you a replacement or a full refund — you will not pay for return shipping. Everything we sell also carries the 6-month implied warranty that South African law requires.
When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Standard delivery then takes 2-5 business days in transit, so most orders arrive within about a week. Need it sooner? Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently deliver within South Africa only.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery is free on every order, 2-5 business days in transit. Express delivery is R140, 1-2 business days.
